The road map was developed during the two workshops of the Initiative organized in 2018 and 2019 in Brest, France (see Brest, 2018 and Brest, 2019. Implementation of this road map has been hampered by the pandemic, but some progress has been made. First, we will briefy present the road map and summarize the progress in implementation and then discuss any needed revisions. We will then go on to discuss specific steps for the implementation.
