http://www.gaia-clim.eu/page/gap-reference-list>/a>. If it is technically
feasible the catalogue might be further enhanced with an interactive
functionality that would enable users to provide feedback via a wiki
facility. A living document on the collected gaps is maintained during
the course of the project, the Gaps Assessment and Impacts Document
(GAID). The purpose of the Gaps Assessment and Impacts Document (GAID)
is to provide (i) the latest status of the on-line catalogue, and (ii)
to provide an analysis of the list of gaps by taking different cross
sections through the full catalogue.
Both the catalogue and analysis document are being enhanced regularly
with more precise and updated information from the workpackages and
through three dedicated user workshops. The GAIA-CLIM primary targets
the atmospheric ECVs temperature, water vapour (H2O), ozone (O3), carbon
dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4) and aerosols.
